As a relatively young institution, Modern India Computer Training conducts its activities and undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs under the Faculty of Education at the Gandhidham GUJARAT. The MICT's general stature is governed and guided by the following overarching Vision, Mission and Values statements, which are revisited and revised periodically, if appropriate.

The primary mission of the Modern India Computer Training Centre is to prepare outstanding Information and Computer Trainning (ICT) teachers to be employed in both public and private schools under the Ministry of National Education to provide technology education and to facilitate technology integration.
